The rainy season, birthing season, migration seasons are just some of the key factors to take into consideration when booking and planning a safari to be.  In addition to that considering shoulder season and not only peak seasons is a big part in making a safari successful and affordable. I personally tend to stay away from parks during peak seasons due to the number of people at animal sightings, congestion in camps and lodges and difficulty in booking internal flights and so on.
